Inspired by Encounter Centered Transformation, I help couples restore and deepen their connection to a new level of clarity, respect, and intimacy.
The proces
Perhaps you are mainly looking for tools to communicate better with each other. Or there is a need to look more deeply at underlying patterns and beliefs that influence the relationship. A new phase in life can also raise questions and shake familiar certainties. Whatever the reason, I will design a program based on your situation that fits your wishes and goals. This can be a program lasting 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
My approach
I work with a carefully composed mix of methods, always tailored to your unique situation. Depending on what is needed, I use methods such as:
- Systemic and biographical work
- Pattern recognition and beliefs
- Breathing and body awareness
- Nonviolent communication (Rosenberg)
- Encounter Centered Therapy (ECT)
- DISC analysis
- Assertiveness training
- Lifestyle and health
The programs provide in-depth insight into the patterns and dynamics that influence the relationship. You will learn to improve communication and strengthen the emotional bond, while restoring balance between heart and head, feeling and acting. This creates space to rediscover connection, playfulness, and intimacy. As a result, you can make conscious choices for a strong future together or for a respectful separation.
When continuing together is no longer a realistic option
Sometimes couples decide to go their separate ways. In that case, I guide you through a respectful separation process: with clarity and without conflict, so that there is room for processing and—where children are involved—for good parenting in a safe, stable environment.
Collaboration with specialists
Where appropriate, I work with experienced professionals who complete the process, ensuring that all aspects of the relationship and future are carefully considered:
- Lawyer: specialist in collaborative divorce and guidance for high-end clients
- Financial advisor: strategic advice on joint and individual choices
